Confirm the pack identity
Request the relevant factory specification and battery identification for the market and grade. Do not infer capacity from a badge or mix specifications from different overseas versions. Record which figures describe nominal specification and which come from an actual assessment.
Read health evidence critically
Ask how the battery was assessed, what diagnostic data was available and what limitations remain. State of charge is not the same as state of health. A single dashboard screenshot cannot certify usable capacity or rule out a fault.
Include physical and charging checks
